Peyton’s journey at MHP began at a point of utter confusion and dissatisfaction with her body. Frustrated by the lack of results, Peyton’s relationship with food, coupled with a history of yo-yo dieting, had spiraled out of control. Coach Sarah, however, turned things around in the past few months by guiding Peyton toward intelligent training and a surprisingly increased food intake.

Escaping the Vicious Starve-Binge-Starve Fad Diet Cycle

Peyton had experimented with countless fad diets, each leading to a destructive cycle of weekend binging, followed by guilt and shame, only to restart the starvation process the next week. This unhealthy pattern resulted in a loss of control, social avoidance, and self-loathing – a cycle too familiar for many young individuals.

“Three years ago, I started my ‘health journey.’ I tried every fad diet there was, fasting, eliminating carbs, shake diets, restricting calories, and going vegan. I had no changes at all in my body or on the scale. This started to become a vicious cycle weekly. I lost self-confidence, I hated myself because I thought I had no self-control, and I hated going out with friends because of it.” – Peyton

Embracing Sustainable Results and Self-Confidence

Motivated by the desire for lasting change, Peyton sought MHP’s assistance to break free from this destructive cycle. Within weeks, her mindset transformed, and she no longer fixated on constant thoughts about food. Instead, newfound freedom emerged as her daily intake increased, eliminating the desire for unhealthy binging.

My whole mindset has changed, and I’m not constantly thinking about food or what I’m going to eat next because it’s all there in front of me. “In my first consultation with Sarah, we noticed a lot of inflammation on my body then to my second consultation it had visually reduced. I have also noticed my energy has increased from before I started to now and I’m currently on 2000 plus calories which is mind-boggling because I am still reducing fat and losing weight” – Peyton
